Food was ok was expecting better bang for our buck,queso not good but atmosphere was ok
THE FOOD AND PRICES ARE GOOD. PROBLEM IS EVERYONE OF THERE WORKERS LITTERALY LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE STRAIGHT UP CONVICTED FELONS AND GANG MEMBERS, TATTOOS ON FACES AND ARMS, THEY LITTERALY HIRE ANY CRIMINAL THAT WANTS A JOB.
Breakfast was excellent. I recommend this nice spot.

I normally love love love my ChaCho's. I had the Carne Guisada Platter as usual and the potatoes were rock hard and the beans were almost none existent. I have to add that I don't like beans at all but your refried beans are just plain delish with rice. I eat that from no where else and that's God's truth. I ask one of the guys who was bringing the trays to table if I could get more beans in place of the hard potatoes and he said I'd have to get back in line which was way too long. The drinks (topshelf margaritas & pina colada's) were good but the torta i ordered was soggy. It literally fell apart as i was eating it. I won't be ordering that anymore.
Filthy, rude ass workers, manager sucked as well. Complained about the girl that took our order at the registar, cuz she was rude as fuck, and the manager seemed that he really didn't give a fuck. And plus, had to clean my own damn table!!!!!!!! Never again will I be returning to that place. Purely disgusting!!!! That's all carry on.
The customer service was HORRIBLE. The manager Roger was racist and rude! He continuously came to our table to harass us,he singled out my friend while making racist remarks and threatened to kick us out as we were trying to enjoy our meal.
My family and I have visited 2 locations both have good food but the location off of Bandera definetly needs to be upgraded. The Callaghan location is a bit better in appearance.
