First time here. I was hesitant to come because of all I had heard of this place but I have no regrets coming the food tasted great and the service was excellent will come back for sure
the food there is great i loved it i would deffantly go back for sure not only was the food great but our cashier was friendly and fun please go check them out
Horrible service! Never go back nor recommend! Margaritas second time around were decent but people lack service skills!
The Owners have such a great product but to me that doesn't mean Crap if you don't have the staff to care for it the proper way....even through the graveyard shift..The management and the employees act like they don't want to be there to earn a living and make you feel like Shit as a customer for asking for something as simple as Salsa since the Salsa bar was empty...just to be told oh we don't have that here at this station...as i'm walking away I heard her smacking lip to her co worker ...gee must have been such a fucking ... read more
No sweet tea told staff over and over and no one would refill it.
You guys are rude. You get our order wrong and then get upset if we go back to fix it and on top of that shut the window in our face. We will never come back this place or recommend it to anyone. You have lost a very loyal customer.
I recently moved back to San Antonio. I couldn't wait to eat your beef fajitas. They are the best, I have eaten, in San Antonio. Always juicy and never dried out. I love the food and the atmosphere at Chacho's. You also make an excellent strawberry margarita. Thank you for excellent customer service! Chacho's at the Callahan location.
I just rated it 5 cuz the people complaining sound like pussies
Was good. Cashiers are bad. He didn't heat me order margaritas along with nachos and has to charge me separately. Other than that great food.
