Love their nachos and brisket. And had great time on karaoke night. The guy that took my order was very helpful and nice. The margaritas are awesome.
The food was nasty, the tortilla on the burrito tasted like someone spilled a beer on it and the lettuce in the taco salad tasted the same way. I ordered the steakhouse nachos..... it was all bean and very little beef. Plus the cheese was so thick it was like glue holding the chips together. Not to mention, they forgot my sons burrito when they brought our food to us... meaning they never even made it. I was very disappointed in our experience there. I will never go there again.
Hadn’t been there in years and honestly nothing has changed!! restroom are filthy and the restaurant it’s self if dirty and unorganized ... you would think with all the business you would want your customers to come to a clean kept restaurant, as you and your family would want to go and have diner and drinks ..
I usually love Chacho's so when I was in town from Alabama visiting my family for the holidays I was looking forward to a meal there tonight. My food was alright and the margaritas were good but the service was terrible. My brother's order was the last to arrive and it was prepared incorrectly. Not to mention how loud the horrible karaoke music was, I couldn't even hold a conversation with my loved ones. Granted, it was Christmas Eve but the attitude of your employees could use a good dose of holiday cheer.
Dirty place and nasty food enough said!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
