Chacho’s is a great place to hang with friends, as long as your dining in. The food is great. And service is quick however if you’re in a hurry and need your food to go, and don’t mind disappointment, then the drive-thru is for you - totes! There may have been a salsa shortage tonight. I can’t say for sure, but I asked for salsa to go with a large order of nachos, (which mind you could feed a white family of four) and I was given the smallest container which is hardly enough for a taco. We have been going to Chachos for over 15yrs. We went Wed night and the service was horrible. the line was out the door to find one cashier and serving drinks as well as take orders. we also order guacamole and we did not receive any. When I went to ask th le counter the staff member raised her voice threw a plate and used language not necessary at me. By no means did I ask rudely or complain. I am a pretty easy going person but I have been patience many times and this place get worse and worse.

Horrible food, served cold and nasty bitter taste. $60 dollar's for a bad experience, pretty sad. oh well
The worst, I have been waiting for my order for more than 30min, they gave me the wrong order which took 20 min then only for another lady to bring the same order again 15min later.
went there tonight and they were out of xx and bud light, really? they sucked.
