Cashier straight up told us that our order "would complicate things" (king Kong nachos, half shredded chicken, half beef fajita) and that they had "already messed up 12 orders that night. Also no water available unless you wait in line and order it. I'd stick to their other location.
I just knew this place was going to be good but it wasn't. The customers were given to much alcohol in their glasses and they were dripping it all over the floor, which is a safety hazard. There were no wet floor signs and also there was ice on the floor by the ice machine. It took them over 10 minutes to get me food. My friend never got any guacamole with her food. It was disappointing....
The Preggo cashier No smile bad attitude looked like she didn't wanna be there I asked for a Pina Colada and she did a shitty job at pouring it very Lil I've been there before and hadn't had any complaints till Nowwwwww

This was my first time having Chacho's and it was fantastic. I have the shredded chicken burrito wet delish. Please come to Dallas.
Food was good as always and staff was friendly...
Well, the main reason I go is for their frozen Jack & Coke drinks. But, I wish they would also make their guacamole without CHILIES! It's too hot for those of us who do not eat that. They said they make it fresh, it shouldn't be a problem.
I mean I only ate tacos but I had some Mexican place that is way more authentic and more delicious and more affordable in Austin.
