My friend didn't get his food. When he complained they gave him a free drink. He never got his food
Loved the food and environment full of energy the only thing we didn't like was our cashier pretty much told us she was from another store and gave us the worst customer service when I said thank u at the end she was like " mhm.. "" and when we asked questions she was like I don't know . both my husband and I where upset because we where traveling and kinda brought down the vibes but besides that food drinks and atmosphere was amazing

We went last weekend before the Saturday late night drunken rush. It took us more than 35 minutes and asking the waitstaff twice to NOT receive the TO-GO nachos that we ordered. First time afger 25 minutes, we were told it would be a couple minutes the, next time they were no help at all. Meanwhile fellow patrons who ordered after us were enjoying their food. We left with no nachos, hungry, and very upset.
Ordered nachos n chips were stale,returned my order n to my surprise received same stale chips so went to the self serve chips n salsa section....those chips were hard n stale. Went to speak to the manager n another person was complaining about their nachos an were told if they didn't like it they could leave! He'll if I was going to complain n get shot down n embarassed. THE FOOD AND PRICES ARE GOOD. PROBLEM IS EVERYONE OF THERE WORKERS LITTERALY LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE STRAIGHT UP CONVICTED FELONS AND GANG MEMBERS, TATTOOS ON FACES AND ARMS, THEY LITTERALY HIRE ANY CRIMINAL THAT WANTS A JOB.
