I went for the first time yesterday in Sa Antonio loved the food but had the worse service ever. Never in my life have I ever went to a restaurant and one of the workers be so rude and loud to my face in front of everyone in the restaurant, making a scene and was wrong about my order the whole time. Sorry to say but I don't think I will be eating there again.
When you have a big appetite, Chachos is satisfying . Gotta see for yourself. The drinks are great and the food is good.
Every time i come here they mess up the order, the cashier, the tall white male is so dumb I thought he had down syndrome..... manager is also very incompetent and tends to raise his voice at the customers, I checked him and called out the cashier on his lack of training.... don't waste your time or money it's San Antonio tacos are everywhere.....

Best Nachos ever the slurpee style Margaritas aren't so bad either.
I've been going Herr for 20+ years and it has always been GREAT! Food is great and OH EM GEE, Those 1800's are, hands down, the BEST Margaritas in S.A.!
They sold me cold menudo from a can even tho menu said traditional and homemade and when i asked for my refund they treated me with disrespect and told me in a bad tone that they dont make menudo there..never returning
Only had the Kong nachos yesterday, which my group and I enjoyed thoroughly. The only complaint i have is that their soda machines are behind the counter so you have to ask them to get refills for you. I did it twice and the second time the lady said I had to go through the cashier line. For a refill. Luckily one of the cashiers overhead and just got me the refill as soon as he could.
The nachos are the bomb...another item that takes me there, is the slushy Jack n Coke...I crave that drink. No one has that...it's awesome.
