Never again.....
I waited 30 mins for 3 orders and 20 extra mins for one bean and cheese taco. I sat here and saw 2 different families eat and leave before i got my order and all i got was a shoulder shrug for an excuse.
Slow drive thru literally waited 20 minutes for breakfast tacos, was late to work.
Terrible service, terrible staffing, and terrible language behind the counter. No Menudo on Sunday morning in San Antonio! The condiment bar was mostly empty, and what was there hadn't been changed in hours. Waited 20 minutes for 4 stinking breakfast tacos. The staff was far more concerned with drive-through than in-house customers Will never, ever, ever dine here again. The servers at the pick up line dropped the F bomb several times loud and clear for all of us customers who were waiting (and waiting, waiting, waiting…)
My son Chris & his family was in town earlier this week and went to dine at the Chachos Mexican Restarant on Monday 5/23/16 at 7870 Callaghan Rd he went to get some chips & salsa at the bar that they now have, when he put the salsa in the styrofoam container provided the salsa was so BOILING HOT that the container broke and spilled on his left hand he immediately went to the counter and advised the staff and asked for some burn cream out of their First Aid Kit, which they di...Continue Reading
EVERY time I've gone there, I've ALWAYS got excellent service. It's only gotten better, both the food and service. Love what they did on this particular remodel. I go there @ different times of the day and night since I work nights.
Bad service, order wrong every time!!! We have to get a manager every time!
The waiter was okay and there's no attitude now let me see how the food....
Ive been coming to Chachos for some time now. And every time i would come it would be ok service. But now they have really cleaned up and i have received the best service ever since coming here. Keep up the good work Chachos :)
