I followed my Dr D. Alanis to this clinic because I have serious neck/back condition that causes chronic pain symptoms. Dr. Alanis always understood that I didn't choose to have this impairment. I have endured years of treatment including a surgical fusion that wasn't successful. I've had injections into my spinal discs to the point that the pain doctor Dr Minore said he can't do anything more for me. I like the clinic. I followed my doctor tthis clinic. I have chronic pain from a few auto accidents and have been on medication for several years. This clinic doesn't want me on one of the meds that help me function daily. I have been through all the physical therapy available. I have tried to correct some of my spinal problems with surgery. Wait times were decent, however, the overall attitude of one of the eye doctors was unacceptable. When this concern was brought up to the nurse (after I heard him verbally berating the receptionist) I was told that's just the way he is. However, I feel using the term "that's just how he is" is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. Would not recommend this facility for eye care.
Eye doctors at this facility are well ... lets just say are VERY unprofessional and bullish by nature. We would recommend bypassing this one.
Dr. Gale & his Staff (Dixon CGH Clinic) were outstanding -can’t compliment them enough!
