We came all the way from iowa for a appointment for my daughter we were running a little late and they still wouldn't see my 4 year old they said thy had other prosudres to do and the waiting room was empty and they still wouldn't see her this was at the eye doctor
I will not be back....the whole visit was a disaster...I was lied to...derided and after 10 to 15 years....I cannot come back.
The service was great they were prompt they really cared how you felt it was just outstanding from the doctor all the way down to the CNA
Very thorough and focused on me as the patient. I feel confident in Dr. Alanis and her staff and student PA.
