Really disappointing service, on the second visit my windows were left dirty with water marks all over them. I contacted Cezar to advise I was unhappy and was going to go a different company, I received no response to my message, not an apology or offer to make things right which clearly shows customers are not valued or worth the hassle of sending a text.
