A great service today from Ceylon Gems. My mother received some invaluable advice regarding one of her rings. My mother was expecting to have to have her ring adapted, but Ceylon Gems gave his professional advice and recommended a simple solution and device which he gave to my mother for free. I will certainly return.

Very kind and generous service, asked for my chain clasp to be repaired gentleman fixed the clasp and addition loop with a polish, like new again. Amazing service thank you.
Really disappointed with the lack of service. Walked in to ask about repairing a piece of jewellery, was very much dismissed and told no, go back to where you bought it. Upsetting really.
Had some rings from my late wife and mum,didn't want to just put them on a necklace so I had them made into a ring ball pendant with a diamond heart in the middle, i am very pleased with the work thankyou very much
