These products are fantastic ! Having used them for manys the quality is second to none. Created by a family with love and passion for 40years.
I am writing this review to thank the staff member who was most helpful in solving the problem I had with a delivery of one of your products by DHL. I appreciate the time ,effort and phone calls to sort this out. My wife uses the cetuem ice pack and finds it eases her pain. What can I say I have been living around the corner from Cetuem for the last 30 years. Always impressed the way they keep their building shining and looking good, a credit to the neighbourhood. And about 2 weeks ago, for some reason, I decided to pop in, as always thought it was not open to the public.
