Thoughtful wine list, excellently executed food and I really like their stand up knives. I'm still thinking about the halibut..
Amazing food and flavor forward. The sides were absolutely amazing. What they did to potatoes and carrots was out of this world.
We have been to the Cerulean many times. They never fail to go beyond our expectations. Unique amazing meals every single time. If you would like to go somewhere to experience an excellent meal with wonderful, amazing, different, exotic, choices this is the place to go!!!!

Walk or drive the extra few blocks from the center of downtown to experience Cerulean. Cerulean is no typical hotel restaurant. It just happens to be in the Alexander Hotel. Chef Sternberg is innovative, and cutting edge. You won't find burgers and fries on the menu, but what you will find is well seasoned and f#%*ing amazing! Fantastic 10 course tasting with drink pairings tonight. Nothing short of amazing. Chef trained at Ivy Tech Muncie is obviously a genius as this is big time food worthy of the best of best training. Major thanks for a special meal on our 20th anniversary. You folks rocked!! Great service by Brian too. Absolutely nothing to complain about!!
