This person is a bad mouther. He is a pessimist and does not even give quality work. Not enough credentials to suffice his claims. I do not recommend his work as he will have a sworn negative impact on your home, life, or day. Not a wise person to add to your list.
Have not used the service, but this dude is leaving 1-star reviews for a lot of NoCo government offices talking about how Colorado should burn down and it's an evil place with evil people in it. Would be concerned about letting someone so unstable into my home or around my family.
Reached out to them 3 times to be removed from their marketing, they confirmed that I have been removed but continue to spam my email. Very unprofessional and selfish approach to business.
Realtor hired to install an active radon vent. Contractor left a large gap around the pipe as it goes through the crawlspace door. The gap is about 1" wide around the pipe, enough space for drafts or pests to enter the living space. I called the company and asked them to revisit to put some wood and caulk around the pipe to get a tighter seal.
