Alicia and Oscar were great people to work with. The workers themselves take pride in their work. I would recommend they focus a little more on clean up each day and communicate more with the owner. There were times when they left and I had no idea. Initial walk through was rushed, causing a call out to complete some minor touch ups.
Carlos and Alexis were great, Steve was very fair and upfront with pricing. There was more prep work needed than was originally anticipated, it only came to light once they started to pressure clean the house and they immediately stopped and asked Steve to come by so that they could discuss the work and get our approval before continuing. It was a great experience and Carlos and Alexis did an amazing job.
Good work done and very professional
The work was done timely, efficiently and professionally. I have a two story home with lots of foliage. Their preparation, painting and clean up was what I wanted and expected and received. I would definitely recommend them.
From the first call I received from Franchise Owner Steve Vertesch, I was impressed by his promptness and professionalism. We live in a modest size home, approximately 1400 squared feet. It is an older Miami home, built in 1939. The home had not been painted in 15 years and the exterior needed some patchwork due to cracking on exterior walls.
