The final work was mostly good but there were communication issues between the fellow who came out and priced the job and the fellow who came out to do the work — he came on the wrong day and didn’t know the details of the job. He almost didn’t do the second story work.

They did an excellent work. The budget they provided was very professional with all the details a customer needs. Work was done in the time they promised and the painters were very friendly and professional. I must say I recommend this company.

I hired CertaPro because of Steve, the owners review on HomeAdvisors. Fortunately for Steve &unfortunately for me, his business had expanded and my contact was Leo. I was a little put off by this and I spoke with Steve and mentioned my concern that I hired them because of his reviews. He responded that I had nothing to worry about.
