Good communication, very professional in their dealings and delivered the work on time and as promised.
From the planning phase to completion, everyone working in the building was super responsive. They did an outstanding job. We are a 36th floor building with 500 units. We did not receive ANY complaints from residents as they did a seamless job. The supervisors visited on a daily basis to perform inspections and meet with management for feedback. I recommend this company to do any large scale job. We were very happy with the results with their very competitive and reasonable pricing.
All representatives were a pleasure to work with. The painters were top notch excellent. The supervision was very good. The price was fair for the quality received.

They were punctual. Worked very efficiently and left the place completely put back together. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Even if there is an issue that arises during the project this company will work with you to solve it. They purchased an extra powerful nozzle for their power washer to remove stubborn flaking paint from our gutters. They were great - they worked straight through to see that the job was finished to our satisfaction.
This is the third painting job for which I have hired CertaPro Painters. They have painted the outside of my house, the upstairs bedrooms, and then the downstairs bedrooms. Each job required extensive patching. They were fair, organized, neat, and hard-working professionals. I will hire them again and recommend them to my friends.
