This is the third time we have had work done by CertaPro of Springfield. Steve Jones has always come out personally to do the estimates and our jobs have been scheduled quickly. Our painters this time were Andres and Javier and they did an excellent work on a fairly big job. They were careful and thorough. An added bonus was that Javier sang softly to himself for much of the job and he has a really beautiful voice!
I have used them for my whole house! They do great work! The painters are nice and respectful of my property. From the estimate until the job was completed; smooth process. They ordered color swatches for us so we could compare/contrast the color options. They were patient with us as we kept changing the color scheme. They showed up on time and paid attention to detail.
