2 large pallets of flooring left at the end of my driveway. I just happened to walk out when it was being delivered (hours early) and said it needed to be in the garage. The driver did his best but he didn't have proper equipment to move the pallets. He couldnt push it by himself. I asked if he could get a coworker to come assist (after he asked if anyone inside could come help him) and he said no, they quit. I cant believe they dont have proper equipment- no wonder they all quit.

This place sucks. They drop in the middle of my driveway and said "too bad were curbside only" even though the Home Depot purchase order said deliver to my garage

Oh don't even get me started on the piss poor customer and delivery service this company has. To say that it is horrendous is an understatement. We had a shed delivered and the company delivered outside of their delivery window. They left a 500 pound pallet of materials right in the middle of our driveway. No phone call, no notification, no nothing. We were not informed when our delivery was going to be dropped off and it was dropped off almost a week early. Nobody called us to let us know. When I called to tell them that the drivers left my flooring halfway down my driveway the women said to me you’re lucky they did that we usually just do a curbside drop off. She also said the driver is supposed to call before delivery which they did not and when I told her that she had an excuse for that as well. Horrible company and horrible customer service!
