Had a really positive first appointment with Alex. He provided an extremely thorough exploration of the situation and an excellent program of exercises going forward. Very approachable and a lovely environment at Melton
Whilst in the process of completing 3 sporting challenges on a month, Alex offered his support to make sure that I didn't break in the process. A fantastic deep tissue massage on the legs and lower back after "Equinox 24" legs felt like new after leaving and ready for the next challenge. Patient, knowledgeable and highly professional a thoroughly excellent service. Thank you.

I've been going to Central Therapy for 2 years, and I'm having functional strengthening training. Alex is very supportive physically and mentally. He has tailored a program to suit my needs and capabilities. My only regret is that I didn't find Alex sooner. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Alex is brilliant. Super knowledgable, and definitely see the result after each treatment and really helpful with my running related S&C training, and aided in recovery from injuries. Highly recommended 👍
