I had an 11 a.m. appointment with Dr Maurice at the Grove City location. By 11:30 I still had not been seen went up to the front desk to see how much longer and there was still three people ahead of me. Now if we are 15 minutes late for an appointment we won't be seen. I guess they have no respect for their patience and are just interested in making as much money as they can knowing that most people can sit and wait to be seeing no matter how long it takes but some of us have jobs and can't wait.
