Absolutely terrible! Tell you that if you give them money that day towards your copay you won’t be billed any difference. Example: our Co-pay is $200 and they told us that if we paid the $200 while we were there then we wouldn’t be billed the remaining $50.. well guess what? I was. And left 5 voicemails total now with NO return phone call back yet. This is absurd!
I can’t thank everyone enough for the care and attention that was giving to my mom for the last month. This has been a really difficult time for our family, being able to have my mom with us is a miracle and we are truly grateful for all your dedication and support. Thanks to Dr. Maldonado’s team, respiratory, rehab and specially to the CVICU unit nurses you guys are amazing!
