My son is alive because of this hospital!
My step dad is there right now (Saturday 3/2/19) waiting for an ‘emergency’ hand surgery & the ‘specialist’ is not available until Monday! He was transferred to this hospital yesterday, Friday via ambulance. What can be done to a traumatic hand over 48 hours later?!?!
CVICU staff is the best ever! They went more than the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and understood the total recovery process. EVERY nurse on EVERY shift gave the most excellent care. Ditto for the staff up on 3W. Although I wasn’t there as long, they were a caring, competent and professional group.

my husband was in over the weekend. While he went for a procedure. someone came in his room and stole his wallet. When we reported to charge nurse she said well the only thing we can do is a incident report. I told her no either your going to call the police or I will. Police came and made a report plus checking camera. Advice do not leave personal items. My brother told me also a couple of months ago someone took his sun glasses. Which were over 100 dollars.
My husband and I had the best experience possible at the emergency room on Christmas Day morning. Everyone was super nice and pleasant. From checking in, to Dr. Natale, nurse Jeffery and Jeffrey, everyone else. Thanks to all for the wonderful care we received!
