Oviedo ER is horrible do not go there!! Very disappointed in how they handle the patients and family. We need a hospital in Oviedo however the employees need to be trained appropriately.
The billing department is pathetic.The customer care people do not know how to talk to the clients.The hospital is not doing a refund of the amount, despite getting the money from the insurance company.Earlier this week they said that I would get a refund by Friday but when I called today they said they are not doing it today.Please avoid going to this place.
