Heathrow ER- new free standing. They took great care of me and helped me. Tracey and Teresa my RN, Dr. Lindsey and Karen at the front and Steve all helped make an ER visit friendly. Thank you kindly.
The ER is the best. Went there with very high blood pressure and they were on top of it. In fact any time I have been in the ER I had the best care.
the ER staff is wonderful but to stay overnight is a nightmear they are understaffed and overworked. I was transfered to the 2nd floor during shift change and sat in Pain for 3 and 1/2 hrs before someone cane in to see me I mean no one, after being told the floor will help me as soon as I get there. Then I was told by ny nurse that as soon as she reads and helps the other 5 patients she has she will get to my problem exact words.
Location is great to my home in DeBary. Clean, and I’ve seen my grandchildren born there, and they saved my sons life after a rollerblading accident. We found a great general surgeon in Jeremy Steinbaum there, who took care of my wife when her Gall Bladder was jammed up and bursting. It’s where I’d want to be taken if I needed hospitalization.
Excellent care. Everyone had a great bedside manner.
no I do not recommend this hospital because I came in an ambulance with stroke symptoms and I sat here for almost 2 days before they actually got my information in my test done and now I've been sitting here for almost three and a half hours after asking my nurse for something for a headache and some more would you guys like me to drink it out of the bathroom because that's the only water in here
0 stars! They are horrible and only care about money. Not the patient or care. They are trying to cancel my surgery because I won’t pay $4000 upfront on top of my hospital bill later. Called my doctors office in front of me. I will never want to come here again. This has never happened at any other hospital.
