I love the service department. They are always very helpful to me and take very good care of my car.
Appreciate being seen without appointment. Annoyed that the day before was there for a routine maintenance check and they failed to check the battery. The next day car would not start, had to call roadside service. Was then shown the battery was leaking and needed to be replaced. Needless to say I was several hours late for work and had an additional expense.
I absolutely love Central City Toyota! They take care of my Nissan and don't try to "find" things that aren't there.. No, I'm not getting anything for saying this.. I'm just really genuinely satisfied with their service.. I've never before heard a Service Writer tell me "No, you don't need that at this time, you are fine for now.." I feel confident bringing my car there, because I know the service will be good and there won't be any unnecessary expenses. David (Service Writer) and Lou ( mechanic) are definitely my team!
