Highly disappointed at my experience here (Around a year ago). My tacoma manual calls for 5w-30. The employee without first discussing it with me "upgraded" my oil change to synthetic and charged me $30 more than the listed price. When I confronted him about the upsale he continued to try to convince me that the truck required synthetic. The guy was the rudest employee I have ever met in my life. This was my first time at Central City Toyota but it won't has be my last. I was gratefully to find that they have very fast and efficient customer service. I was in and out in no time...I like that.
