Just bought a 2018 CHR from CCT. Both my salesman Jaret and the manager were friendly, knowledgable, and flexible for my needs. Will absolutely be going back in the future. Additionally, their service department is fantastically kind.
This is a preliminary review. I went for an inspection and was told I failed due to "dry rot in the inner tubes of the tires." $660 for 4 new tires on my new 3 year old Corolla with 17,000 miles. I smelled a rat. Called my boyfriend who spoke to the rep too. Rep told him same thing. Boyfriend told me to leave immediately. Turns out tires don't have inner tubes now! Turns out on the invoice the same rep wrote "dry rot in treads" - did he change that cos he know any mechanic I went to after leaving would know there are no inne... read more

Sales person listened and explained what I was getting into. I didn't feel pressured into making any decisions. All my questions were answered, I test drove the car and the sales person was nice enough to listen to me go on about how nervous I was. Everyone was super nice, including the two women at the front desk. It was nice being congratulated for making such a big decision and even better driving away with a grown up car :-D
