Special thanks to Gene who managed to fit me in at the last minute tonight after I had a flat tire - he saved the day and was so gracious. I have always had excellent customer service here and their location near the market Frankfort El stop makes it very convenient to get to work in the city when I have to leave the car.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Their service manager should be FIRED! Charged me for four Tires that were still under WARRENTY and now he is refusing to cooperate or issue me a refund. Oh also charged me for disposal of the tires when I took all four tires with me. You are a scum bag and I will be telling everyone I know to NEVER come to this joke of an establishment.
