Verified Renter Place is beautiful, clean, and walls are not too thin. Never disrupted by neighbor noise and is a peaceful building. Staff are always very friendly. Moving in process was a little rough with communication but in person all is good.

Verified Renter I had to move from Georgia to Maryland and the apartment I was looking for was something close to DC. After looking for weeks I was able to find Central. It has all the amenities I’m looking for plus it is in the heart of Silver Spring. It’s been super easy applying for and moving into my new apartment at Central!

Verified Renter Central has been good to me so far. The staff and residents are very nice and helpful. The only thing I am puzzled about is the 24 hour concierge service. We were told concierge is 24 hours, but unfortunately lately that hasn’t been so. I needed assistance one night and no one was at the front desk to help.

Verified Renter Location is great. Property manager is very attentive. Staff is great. Building clean and properly maintained. Security is good. I think it needs a little more accessibility for disabled and elderly individuals.
