Verified Renter No complaints so far. Apartment complex is as advertised. Very quiet, well kept and staff is very friendly and professional. Location is excellent and is literally next to everything you will ever need.

The building is always kept very clean, there are nice community amenities, and the location is super convenient to access just about everything and anything. It would be nice to make some modifications with some of the community tables so that more people can access those spaces and work or study in the common areas. Verified Renter One elevator has been out of order for months. Coffee machine often broken. Interior garage door has not worked in months. G1 door does not close all the way allowing anyone to enter. Staff is friendly but it seems like high rent for a lot of things that are not working.

Verified Renter Central is a very conveniently located building as the name suggests. You can walk to just about anything and everything (restaurants, shops, cafes, grocery stores, library, parks metro, etc.). The building is kept up very well - the custodian staff are incredibly hard works and do an excellent job.
