Verified Renter Central has been good to me so far. The staff and residents are very nice and helpful. The only thing I am puzzled about is the 24 hour concierge service. We were told concierge is 24 hours, but unfortunately lately that hasn’t been so. I needed assistance one night and no one was at the front desk to help.

Verified Renter Location is great. Property manager is very attentive. Staff is great. Building clean and properly maintained. Security is good. I think it needs a little more accessibility for disabled and elderly individuals.
Verified Renter Great so far. Danielle in the leasing office was very accommodating with my move-in needs and made the necessary adjustments so I could come a day earlier than expected. Really liking my unit and glad I made the decision to come to Central.

The building is always kept very clean, there are nice community amenities, and the location is super convenient to access just about everything and anything. It would be nice to make some modifications with some of the community tables so that more people can access those spaces and work or study in the common areas.
