Very convenient location, building is kept clean, ... Very convenient location, building is kept clean, very friendly concierge, and nice residents. Appreciate that it is pet friendly and the amenities are great as well.
Great place to live for us and the dogs! Central is located in a great area, right next to shops, restaurants, and a short walk to the Metro. The building is new and very secure, as is the parking garage. The street-level noise is noticeable from the third floor, but not too bad. Our dogs love it and there's plenty of green space a short walk away. Justin was amazing at getting us moved in and helping with all of the paperwork, keys, and just making us feel welcomed and at home. I highly recommend Central.

RecommendedMy first night in Central has been great. I was able to move in and settled in no problem. The front desk is super friendly. The leasing staff have been excellent. This has been a great experience.
Terrible apartment This has been my worst apartment experience. I have lived here for 6 months and its been nothing but hell. My move in was terrible. On my first day, there was a terrible smell from the vent. I emailed the office to let them know. It took 3 days to attend to my request. I was told that the terrible smell that gave me a headache and thus me having to sleep in a hotel for 2 nights, was not an emergency. After all I pay for rent. I love living here because it’s beautiful, such an awesome location and my boyfriend, myself and most importantly my dog are happy here. I love the 24/7 access package room. I love the location because I can walk to almost everything I could need. I also love the community events the staff puts together like “make your own pizza”, “yoga” and food trucks. The maintenance staff is also great!
