Verified Renter The best thing about Central is that it's...central! Everything you need is an easy walk away. The building is also very new with great amenities and minimal noise. The staff is always very kind and helpful.
Verified Renter Beautiful building with a welcoming staff that respects your anonymity. Package room incredibly secure and has a fridge in case you like having your groceries delivered. Amazing 24/7 coffee/tea machine - best amenity in my opinion. Amenities in other common spaces are iffy - tend to be broken. Public Wi-Fi in work spaces is very slow when functional. Verified Renter We love living at Central. Everyone that works here is always hospitable and the downtown location is amazing. We can walk every where! I would also say that after living here for years, I have never felt unsafe. There is a 24 hour concierge and you need a fob to get in the building and use the elevators. The apartment itself is spacious and very bright. We have floor to ceiling windows on half of our walls. We also got a puppy when we lived here. Very dog friendly. Verified Renter Great location. Garage has electric car chargers. The move in process was super easy and all the people in the front office and at the concierge desk have ben friendly and helpful.
Verified Renter Central is kept very clean, awesome maintenance team and great amenities. The building is located very conveniently to everything and anything. Wish the building amenities were accessible more than they currently are (i.e. - pool open for longer moths).
