Verified Renter Great location for access to DC, Baltimore, NY/PHL via Amtrak and via the 3 airports to the rest of the world. Essentials like grocery store, bank, library etc. within walking distance. Friendly staff, generally very helpful. Rent and parking fees are becoming increasingly unaffordable.

Verified resident I have been a resident at Central for a year and love it. The staff and management are very nice and pleasant. Any issues or maintenance request that I have is addressed right away. Thedros always tackle my maintenance request and is always very efficient and pleasant.The staff here are very diligent, keep residents informed and try their best to make sure the residents are satisfied.

Verified Renter Area is awesome and the staff is warm And friendly and attentive. Not enough visitor spots is one issue that I would to be taken care of. Other than that everything is wonderful. Oh, and maybe keep the pool open earlier in the year.
