Verified Renter Convenient location, building is kept very clean and apartments are nice. The easy access to the metro station, cafes, restaurants, the library, the post office and basically any other business that is needed, is fantastic.

Verified Renter Love my experience here so far! Very clean, no major maintenance issues and mostly friendly staff. Also, as a person living alone safety is number one, and overall I feel very safe!

Verified Renter I have absolutely enjoyed moving here. It was one of the easiest moving processes I've had in a very long time. I love the key fob and security of having 24 hour concierge service. I enjoy the package process. I just wish I was given more information regarding the locations of things. Sure the gym and outdoor spaces were shown but the bike room, loading dock area and procedures. I feel I keep asking questions but it's because I wasn't given a "how to" manual for Central. Verified Renter Outside construction and Saturday early morning outside events make it very hard to enjoy a quiet weekend. Windows are not insulated against noise at all. Definitely, not renewing our lease.

Verified Renter The best thing about Central is that it's...central! Everything you need is an easy walk away. The building is also very new with great amenities and minimal noise. The staff is always very kind and helpful.
Verified Renter Beautiful building with a welcoming staff that respects your anonymity. Package room incredibly secure and has a fridge in case you like having your groceries delivered. Amazing 24/7 coffee/tea machine - best amenity in my opinion. Amenities in other common spaces are iffy - tend to be broken. Public Wi-Fi in work spaces is very slow when functional. Verified Renter We love living at Central. Everyone that works here is always hospitable and the downtown location is amazing. We can walk every where! I would also say that after living here for years, I have never felt unsafe. There is a 24 hour concierge and you need a fob to get in the building and use the elevators.
