Verified Renter Overall living experience is nice. The apartment events are a great addition but they tend to not have enough for more than the regulars that go to it. Street noise is loud but expected being in down town

Verified Renter So far everything has been great. Leasing staff/ reception is so friendly. Maintenance is quick, we put in a request on Saturday and they called the next business day. So far we are really liking this place. The coffee machine is great too.

Nice place to live I’ve lived at Central just under a year and have enjoyed my time here. The building is nice, the staff are friendly, and the amenities are good. It’s centrally located with a lot of local restaurants to explore. Every maintenance request has been promptly address thanks to Thedros!!

Verified Renter Convenient location, building is kept very clean and apartments are nice. The easy access to the metro station, cafes, restaurants, the library, the post office and basically any other business that is needed, is fantastic.

Verified Renter I have absolutely enjoyed moving here. It was one of the easiest moving processes I've had in a very long time. I love the key fob and security of having 24 hour concierge service. I enjoy the package process. I just wish I was given more information regarding the locations of things. Sure the gym and outdoor spaces were shown but the bike room, loading dock area and procedures. I feel I keep asking questions but it's because I wasn't given a "how to" manual for Central. Verified Renter Outside construction and Saturday early morning outside events make it very hard to enjoy a quiet weekend. Windows are not insulated against noise at all. Definitely, not renewing our lease.
