We've been apartment shopping for about 2 months and as soon as we toured Centerville Park we knew it was the place we would call home and just a week or so later we are signing our lease
This is by far the noisiest place I have ever lived, either the floors suck or Godzilla lives above me and stomps at 4 am. I really wish I could afford to move.
Centerville Park Apartments is hands down one of the best places to live in the Dayton area. With some of the most perfectly kept grounds around, to an awesome clubhouse and pool, Centerville Park is a great place to call home. Also can't forget about the amazing office staff and 24-hour maintenance that are not only professional, but also the most friendly around.
My niece and uncle live here and they love it. I visit often and its very quite and clean. I love going to the pool and the fitness center! I also bring my dog charlie over for play dates at the bark park.
This is a wonderful place to live! It's very quite, even in the summer time. They are always having activities for the residents, for all ages to enjoy. The staff is extremely friendly and is always going above and beyond to take care of there residents. We have lived here for a year and it's been absolutely amazing. Family and pet friendly!
Friendly staff. Great amenities. Beautifully landscaped grounds. This place couldn't be any better! I've toured the one bedroom apartment and the two bedroom town home and I was thoroughly impressed!!! The pool looked so inviting and the clubhouse was lively. Top notch!
I met Rob in the leasing office and he was Extremely helpful. He is BY FAR the happiest guy I've met in my life!! The ladies in the Office are awesome also. I met the new leasing agent and even though it was only her second day on the Job I could tell she is going to be a nice addition to an already wonderful crew. I look forward to Jumping in the Pool this weekend!! And again thanks so much for your help.
Super cute apartments!!!! Set up is really nice and the community is beautiful. Lynn was super helpful with our questions.
I liked the set up of the apartments and how nice the tours are. Lynn is a great hostess.
