Okay so I live in a lane that has 4-5 empty townhouse right by mine....I am suppose to have two spots open for my townhouse to park! And guess what nope I am parked at the other end again! There is no way all the cars parked here belong to those who actually pay rent here! For $800 plus a month I should be able to freaking park! Can not wait to move when this lease is up! I will never live anywhere without assigned spots again. No worries about speaking to management about your concerns. Cause nothing ever changes!
FYI- to all who look at the stars for how well they are rated, they offer discounts for that. Don't rely solely on these 5 star reviews.
Absolutely love it here! The staff is wonderful, very helpful and fast acting. The apartments are very nice, love the layouts and the variety of the layouts. The tenants who currently live here are very welcoming and nice people, the things the office does for their people and their children are great such as fall festival, halloween parties, Lou outs! It's just an all around great environment. Once again, I'm thrilled to be apart of the Centerville Park community ! I highly recommend them .

Been here a month and glad to be here. I have a new kitchen and bathroom and 24 hour access to the gym. They keep it looking good and have been great and helpful. Haven't met the maintenance yet but that's a good thing. I recommend!
I have been very happy living here. I have enjoyed the pool all summer and I love that the gym is open 24 hours. I work 2nd shift so it is nice to be able to come home and enjoy the sauna and work out. My apartment is beautiful. It was completely renovated. I love the large amount of closet space I have. Moving here was a great decision.
Great customer service experiance staff, friendly enviornment, family oriented.. would greatly recomendation to friends and family.
