My apartment is awesome, the office staff is friendly and willing to help, and the maintenance team is the best I've ever had.
I can not believe how nice these apartments are. They are like brand new inside. Oh, and as hard as it is to believe in this day and age, the staff seems to really care too!
It was nice in the beginning. Once I lived there for about 3 months it was horrible. The maintenance wasn't worth a thing. They never came to fix anything, even when I called them everyday. They wanted me to pay 2 months more rent after my lease was up and I wasn't even living there anymore...
Love,Love,Love my life at Centerville Park Apartments! The office staff are always available for any concerns or just for a friendly hello. The maintenance staff work tirelessly to keep us all comfortable and safe. The quality of Tennant's that call Centerville Park home are wonderful lots of children for my grandson to play with and lots of great adult conversion too.
This is my first place on my own and I feel so blessed! I lucked out not only in how fantastic my apartment is but also in my welcoming neighbors and helpful staff. The staff has been very patient with me and my millions of questions about everything. Being new to all things adult it's nice to have people who are honest and reliable. My future husband and I plan on living here for awhile! :) Thanks Centerville Park!

Horrible place to live. Management lacks customer service and follow through. Maintenance is poor at best.
