I stayed at centerville apartments for quite some time, until I moved to Florida. It was a great place to live. If I ever went back I would definitely move back in!
The reviews for these apartments are not honest. If potential renter knew how it really was to live in centerville park it would be a ghost town. We absolutely love it here, from the pet friendly environment to the amazing service from both the office staff and maintenence. They all know your name, say hello, and are always ready to help with a smile. We tell everyone how happy we are here. We also love all the effort the staff puts in to make the grounds beautiful and to having awesome community events where you can meet your neighbors. Thank you Centerville Park for not just giving us an apartment bit a home.
After looking at several different apartments we came to find centerville park is by far nicer than the others around the area. My roommate and i are very pleased with our apartment, nikki was amazing we loved her. She made is feel very welcome. We couldn't be any more Happy with out apartment. Been here almost a month now and it has been great. My last place couldn't keep up with themselves let alone fix anything or have contest and events for the residents. Mantianence has been fast and did great work. They even stopped in a fixed a problem that I was told was mine to fix! Keep it up guys this place is great =)
I love my apartment but hate the building I'm in parking is always an issue the people downstairs allow their teens to hang out in the hall littering and loitering with their friends being loud and almost refusing to move out of the way when residents try to enter their apartment ! Then there is the bickersens below me who yells and cure all day and nite then then F--/-tards who think it's ok to ride his daughters bike down the stairs I wasn't aware that I was living in Ringling Bros. I have lived here for 10 years now and it never stops improving!! It's not just an apartment complex it's a community! Great staff and great neighbors!!
