This is an amazing apartment complex! I love all the floor plan options and amenities. The staff here truly care about their residents! The property is clean and quiet.
The apartment is nice. The staff isn't good. The other people who live here bring the property value down. Too many drug dealers living in a small area
I've lived at Centerville for a month now, and it's been absolutely wonderful!! The staff is nice and professional and the maintenance staff gets things done in a timely fashion! Not only did I get a two bedroom townhome for a very reasonable price, but all the amenities you get at the property are outstanding! The pool is huge and they have a sand volleyball court along with a bark park for my dog! Everything has been great so far!! I would recommend Centerville to anyone looking for a great price with tons of things to do!... read more

Great place to live the maintenance always took care of me when needed. The office staff was always friendly and I enjoyed the events the put on the amenities were great as well
Friendly staff, grounds are kept up, beautiful apartments. They make you feel like you are there only client!!
