This place is amazing. I heard about it from a friend at work who lives here and she loves it as well. When I came to view an apartment Nikki was so friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions. The apartment itself had me as soon as I walked thru the door. Everything has been completely redone. It is the nicest apartment I have seen in this area. It has a lot of space and everything I have been looking for. Needless to say Centerville Park is now my new home and I am telling anyone looking to check this place out.
I love living here. For the price you cannot find anything better in Trotwood. Maintenance is always quick to respond. I have not had any issues. The staff is friendly and always willing to help make your life easier.

this community is by far one of the best in the dayton area. compare to other communities that have great upgrades, the rent price is not high at all. sure...you can get lower rent somewhere else, but they wont come with new appliances, countertops, etc. the clubhouse is beautiful and i cant wait to throw my daughters birthday party there.
the community i lived at before i moved in here was awful. i go fed up and gave my 30 days notice and immedietly started looking for somewhere else to live. i came to centerville park and was surprised at how helpful the leasing agents were. they showed 3 different floorplans and told me that if i liked one i could move in the next week. i got approved, paid my deposit, and the following week came in a signed a lease. the process was so quick and easy. its wasnt stressfull for me at all. so a huge thanks to the office for he... read more
i have lived at centerville park for a few years now and i dont plan on leaving. the apartment itself is really nice and i like how close it is to the highway. i work in downtown dayton and my commute is really easy. it is also close to both target, walmart, and kroger.
This is the best community in the area. It has the best features. I love the pool and I really love the gym. I cancelled my membership after I moved here because it has everything I need including a sauna. The staff has been amazing and my apartment is perfect.
Visited centerville park apartments the other day and my family and myself worked with Mariah. One thing I was very satisfied with was Mariah's customer service skills ! She communicated very well , seemed very happy with where she works , full of confidence, joy , and intelligence ! Really enjoyed our visit and if we make our decision to switch our residents to this complex, a big part of it will be because of her ! Thank you again Mariah ! :)
