Beautiful place to live. Landscaping and grounds are always free of debris. The staff is great. Maintenance always takes care of problems promptly. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Price is great for the awesome place you get.

Centerville Park apartments is a great place to live. The community is beautiful. I viewed the complex two days ago and have made a decision to make this my new home. They have very large spacious floor plans.
This is my first apartment. I have looked at a few places and my experiences have been scary. I was told about this place and decided to check it out. I must say it has been a great experience. The ladies in the office have been extremely helpful. They understand I am new at this and have helped me every step of the way. The townhouse is absolutely beautiful. I am so excited to have family over. I am glad I have decided to choose this to be my new home.

I think the apartments were very nice. My friend lived here a few years ago and the kitchens were out dated. I really liked how the kitchen was updated and now has granite counter tops. The bedrooms are very spacious and has enough room for a small family like myself and my husband. Overall the apartment was great to see and has a nice balcony view depending on which level you live on. We will definitely be considering these apartments in our near future move.
I recently had a tour at centerville park apartments and I was amazed by the service!!! Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and friendly. Specifically, I had talked to a leasing agent, Brielle. She led me in the direction of an apartment that was a perfect fit for me!! definitely looking into living here in the future!!
