Just moved from a 3 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom town home. Got off to a rocky start , but we got it figured out ! I look forward to another a year with Centerville Park Apartments �
I just want to say that I am about to sign my third year lease here and I couldn't be happier. Nikki the office manager is amazing this is my second townhome here at Centerville Park and I am pleased with everything. Especially the newer windows and patio door is so energy efficient that my utility bills are neary nothing. The staff and people here are nice and this is a great place to live. I would reccomend it to anyone. Thanks again Centerville Park.
Maintenance is such a joke at Centerville Park Apartments. Last October, I was told my air conditioning unit had been recharged three times already so they would wait until it warmed up in the spring to fix it. That was the last warm spell so that worked for then. Now, I turned on the a/c yesterday and it doesn’t work, so, today when it hits 85 I called per their emergency services policy for a repair. A tech is sent over that isn’t certified to recharge a/c. I am told it will be tomorrow before they can do anything. So I su... read more
How is it legal to take somones over payment of a months rent (which legally you can not with hold)and entire deposit claiming i owed 881.00 for a carpet reinstall, on a one bedroom apartment less than 700 sq foot, 55.00 for a stain on carpet, and 102.00 for paint (because i didnt paint base boards mind you, as justification for keeping my overpayment and entire deposit?!i ended up having over 1000.00 taken unjustly and basically told tough shit. Centerville Park is a great place to live. They have completely renovated there apartments and townhomes. They are very nice and modern. They offer there residents great amenities and are very involved in there community.
