I have been a tenant in a condo that CCL manages. I have absolutely nothing bad o say about these guys. They respond to all of my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. They always kept my best interests in mind when making decisions. Its always great knowing your management company isn't all about the money.
They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and have managed my property in an exceptionally professional manner. As an active duty member, CCL has been more than accommodating to my fluctuating schedules and special requests. His responses are always prompt, professional and friendly.
