These managers have been kind to me while helping me find a place. They home is very nice and well taken care or, I havent had to call them for a thing.
I am rent near Waunakee and have been here for a little while. CCL has been great to deal with and takes care of the property. A little communication goes a long way for me when I have a question or problem. They have been great with the few maintenance repairs that have been necessary.
They are good with the maintenance when necessary and are pleasant to deal with over the phone or otherwise. They are great and I appreciate that.

The folks here are all pretty nice, answer the phone with a smile. They do what they can to get you taken care of whatever the problem may be. very pleased to have them running things and taken care of me.
A few minor things needed to be fixed after we moved in last month, and they did everything promised. The application process to rent out the place was pretty simple, and they were kind the entire time. I wish every management company was like CCL.
I recently inherited a home and wanted to hang on to it for a while so I turned it into a rental. I found out that its a pain in the b!!! and found a management company pronto. Much easier now.
I have had good luck with these property managers and appreciate that they are available for whatever reason just a phone call away. Never had a problem with them and they are friendly and reasonable.
Wonderful managers that have given me a great deal of respect for all that a property manager does. I have dealt with them on several occasions and would have been lost every time without their guidance.
