CCL has been great and so has my property manager there. I want to say thanks again for being such a good property manager!
My place was clean and well kept when I moved in. Anything that needed attention was taken care of quickly. On move out they checked the place out and I ended up getting my whole deposit back! That was first! Great service from CCL.
Great Management Company. I worked with CCL for 9 months and they helped me turn my rental property around. As an out of town owner - their hands on day to day attention was greatly appreciated. They were honest and hard working. I have sold property - but would hire them again in a second!
CCL Management is truly as good as it gets. Love these guys. The management is on point all the time and awesome. I've rarely have had to call them for any issues regarding the apartments and when I have they deal with the issues promptly. I've lived in a ton of apartments near Middleton and CCL is by far the best management in the area if not in Wisconsin.
My friend is a long time client of CCL and referred me to them. Right from the start, things got better every day. They did what they needed to get the place ready, advertised, and had several qualified renters so fast I couldn't believe it! This group is absolutely professional and I am so thankful to have been referred to them!
They were very diligent in getting our place cleaned and fixed up for it to be rented out. It's nice to have the peace of mind of having a property management company that can get the job done right.
It's going on three years since I've been a tenant with CCL and I don't plan on moving any time soon! I got a great deal and my place was so clean when I moved in. I'm happy with my location and neighbors, and the service I have received has been excellent. Maintenance is done in a timely manner, they do a great job, and they're really good about respecting my schedule. I've never been unsatisfied with their results.
CCL handles property management needs with a follow through and dedication that ensures their clients are happy. Whenever they are needed they are there to help with anything and when there is going to be a vacancy their marketing and screenings bring in quality tenants.
I have yet to ever feel as valuable any where else but at CCL they make me feel like appreciated. And making sure their clients are happy is there top priority and it really shows in how they cater to them.
