I just wanted to give our Maintenance Director Steve a HUGE shoutout. He was very efficient and courteous, he has been working with me regarding the repair of the dryer. It is very unusual to have such fine and attentive service. Thank you!!
I just wanted to say thank for being so responsive to our maintenance requests as we got settled in our new place. I've lived in a lot of apartments in Madison and CCL has been my best experience.

We appreciate the professional service provided by CCL Management during our lease. It really allowed our family to have "Peace of Mind" with regard to housing. The owner's washer and dryer were never used by our family. They were both in the the basement at our move-in last year. We have no knowledge of their working condition. We will leave them where they have been throughout the lease period. The furnace filter, water softener salt, and light bulbs will be replaced as requested. The house will be cleaned appropriately.
I wanted to let you know how happy I've been with the services you've provided over the past two years. I've recommended CCL several times to people in Madison who are thinking of renting or have a house they want to rent and I'll continue to do so.
