My experience with CCL was very positive. These folks found a renter very quickly and during the lease term, there was hardly anything that required intervention from us. We'll be sure to keep them in mind if/when we have another need for a rental management company.

I have recently relocated to the Madison area from the suburbs of Chicago and had no idea what to expect when looking for a place to rent.
