We just wanted to send a note to say Mario is fantastic. Our heat went out tonight and we were loathing spending a night without it and waking up to frigid weather. But Mario worked to find someone and it was fixed within a few hours. He said he had been receiving tons of calls so we are extra thankful that on a busy night he helped us out so much.
