Very disappointed with everything…. I can’t believe it last year they had a Coffee machine & good Selection of breakfast ?? This year absolutely disappointed with the quality.
My 2 year old was exhilarated, entertainment was excellent and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are excellent and brilliantly set up. Some of the adults leaving reviews need to remember it’s a kids hotel and not for them. The food is good and not that expensive as some have said, you’d not pay much less in spoons. Some people will moan about anything, it’s for your kids not you, and your kids will love it.
