Fran is absolutely incredible, she’s been doing my hair for two years now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with it. Her attention to detail and consistency always leave me feeling confident and refreshed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hairdresser. Thank you so much Fran.

I actually went to Toni and Guy a couple of months ago just to get a blow dry - it was the first time I have stepped foot in a salon in 4 years and I was greeted by the lovely Fran. She made me feel instantly at ease and gave me the best blow dry of my LIFE - we then discussed how I was unhappy with my hair and what sort of thing I wanted and we booked in for her to cut and colour my hair ….WELL let me tell you she absolutely smashed it and I couldn’t be happier ! Have been having Fran do my hair for 2 years now, she is completely my one and only when it comes to my hair after years of many different people, she was the only one that truly listened and gave me exactly what I was looking for!! Always the best results and great atmosphere, the 4 hours flys by with all our chatting. Highly recommend Fran and this salon with their amazing high quality products and friendly staff (shoutout to phoebe for being an amazing apprentice) :)
